Cookies Notice

The short version

Two kinds of thing. The ones that sign you in, which the platform cannot work without, and one analytics tool that only loads if you say yes. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on PropFi, and we do not sell anything stored in your browser.

Strictly necessary

• Session cookies (sb-…-auth-token, set by Supabase, our authentication provider). These keep you signed in as you move between pages. Without them the platform cannot tell who you are, so they are set whatever your analytics choice, there is no version of a signed-in product that does not identify your session.
• Your consent choice itself. Stored in your browser’s local storage, so we do not have to ask again on every page. Because it lives in the browser rather than on our servers, your choice is per-browser and per-device: a different browser, a private window, or clearing site data will bring the banner back.

Analytics only with your consent

• Microsoft Clarity. Shows us how the product is actually used, which screens people get stuck on, where a flow is abandoned. If you decline, the Clarity script is never loaded at all; it is not loaded and then told to ignore you. If you accept while signed in, your user id and role are attached so we can tell a service provider’s session from a client’s.

Accepting or declining is a single choice, we do not run separate advertising, personalisation or social categories, so there is nothing else to toggle.

Changing your mind

Set it either way here, at any time, the banner only asks once, so this page is where the answer lives afterwards. You can also block or delete storage for this site in your browser settings; blocking the session cookies will sign you out and prevent you signing back in.
